1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website superonni.biz and its content. They are not account terms. A gambling account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game rules are governed solely by the operator's own terms, accepted when the account is opened in the operator's service. Where the two differ, the operator's terms decide account matters and these terms decide only the use of this website.

2. What this website is

superonni.biz is an independent reference site describing an online casino called Superonni from the outside. It is not the operator and does not represent it. It takes no deposits, opens no accounts, pays no winnings, handles no complaints and transmits no payments. All of those happen in the operator's own service.

3. Age limit

The content is for adults only. Gambling is an activity for people aged 18 or over, and a gambling account is always personal. Passing an account to another person is prohibited in the operator's terms and in practice results in winnings being lost at verification.

4. No legal or tax advice

This site states which rule exists and where its current form is published. That is not advice on an individual case. The tax treatment of a gambling win depends on whether the operator is established inside or outside the EEA, and the applicable guidance is issued by Verohallinto. In regulatory questions, decisions belong to an authority rather than to a website.

5. The site's position under Finnish regulation

Gambling in mainland Finland is a state monopoly held by Veikkaus Oy, and no Finnish licence is currently issued to private online casinos. Under the current plan a licensing system is due to open in 2027, when supervision moves from the National Police Board to a new licensing and supervision agency. This website is a reference site rather than a gambling service, so it neither seeks nor requires a gambling licence; its content is nonetheless reviewed as the regulation changes.

6. Accuracy of information

Content is prepared carefully and revisited whenever the operator changes its terms or payment line-up. Even so, bonus conditions, limits and payment channels can change without notice, and a figure on this site may be out of date. Before any decision involving money, the governing information is always in the operator's own terms and cashier rather than here. The site is not liable for loss arising from a decision based on outdated or incorrect information.

The site recommends setting limits before the first stake. Note that a Veikkaus self-exclusion does not reach an international platform, so protection there rests on the operator's own tools.
