Customer Support
Channels and what each is for
There are two real channels and a third that gets skipped unnecessarily. Chat runs around the clock and suits simple questions: has a deposit landed, why is a payout still processing, where is the limit setting. Email is the right channel when attachments are involved or the case needs investigation — and it leaves a written trail that matters if the case is escalated later. The third channel is the operator's own help pages, where the exact wording of the terms can be read without queueing at all.
| Channel | Suits | Does not suit |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Quick account questions, cashier status | Attachments, disputes |
| Complaints, documents, investigations | Something urgent mid-session | |
| Help pages | Wording of terms, limits, bonus rules | Account-specific transactions |
Language: English in practice
No Finnish-language support is promised, so conversations happen in English. For cashier matters this is a smaller obstacle than it sounds, because the decisive information is numeric: date, time, amount in euros and transaction reference. A short English message containing all of them moves faster than a long narrative in any language. Service-language requirements are among the things the 2027 licensing reform could change; today there is no commitment.
The shape of a good message
- Identification: account identifier or registered email address.
- The event: date and time, amount in euros, payment method, transaction reference.
- Expectation and outcome: one sentence on what should have happened and what did.
- Attachment: a screenshot of the cashier entry or the bank receipt.
- One issue at a time: bonus questions and payout questions in separate messages.
What resolves quickly and what does not
Fast cases are the ones whose answer is in a log: whether a deposit credited, the status of a payout, how to set a limit, a password reset. Slow ones need a human decision or third-party data — verification documents, interpretation of bonus terms, and payments stuck on the provider's side. Verification itself normally takes one to two working days, and it should be dealt with when the account opens rather than when money is on its way out.
When the answer is not enough
If support does not settle the matter, the next step is a written complaint and after that the authority that issued the licence. This is the point to remember that no Finnish body will adjudicate: the Consumer Disputes Board and the Competition and Consumer Authority do not take gambling cases against an international operator. The full sequence is on the complaints page.
When the question is not about money
If the reason for contact is control over play rather than a single transaction, support handles account closure and longer periods, but it is not the only address. In Finland, Peluuri offers free and confidential advice to players and to family members. The tools and the order to apply them are on the responsible gambling and self-exclusion pages.
What this site does not do
superonni.biz is not the operator and not its support desk. It cannot see accounts, does not process payments and cannot speed up a payout. Its job is to say where a question belongs and in what form it should be asked. The site's role is described on the about page, and rail-level timings on the payments page.
Checklist
- Chat for urgent, email for anything with an attachment — help pages before either.
- Time, amount in euros and transaction reference in the same message.
- One issue per thread, or both slow down.
- Verify in advance so a payout is never held by documents.
- Keep the thread: it is the only material an escalation can be built on.
