How to withdraw at Superonni
Almost every argument about slow payouts comes from reading the duration as a single number. It is not one number; it is two, and different parties control them. This page separates the operator's approval window from the rail's own journey, and puts euro figures against both. Deposits are covered under how to deposit, and the full method list is on the payments page at Superonni.
Open the Superonni cashierClock one: the approval window
A payout request waits 0–24 hours for the operator's approval. In that window the finance desk compares the request against the verification file, checks whether any bonus wagering is still open, and confirms the payout method matches the deposit method. Large amounts can attract an additional review. A request sitting in this state has not gone anywhere yet, which is also why it can usually still be cancelled back to the balance.
Clock two: the rail's own journey
Once approved, the money leaves the operator's control and follows the payment network. Trustly and online banking finish the same or the next banking day. Skrill and Neteller land in a few hours. Visa and Mastercard take 1–3 banking days because a card refund has to clear through the issuing bank. Crypto takes under an hour to a few hours and is the only rail here that ignores weekends and public holidays entirely.
| Method | Minimum | After approval | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustly and online banking | €20 | Same or next banking day | None from the operator |
| SEPA transfer | €20 | 1–3 banking days | None from the operator |
| Visa and Mastercard | €20 | 1–3 banking days | None from the operator |
| Skrill and Neteller | €20 | A few hours | The wallet's own tariff |
| Crypto | €20 | Under an hour to a few hours | Blockchain network fee |
| paysafecard | – | Not available; a substitute rail is chosen | – |
A banking day is a calendar, not a delay
Bank settlement does not run at weekends or on public holidays, so a card payout approved on Friday evening starts moving on Monday. Nothing is stuck and support cannot accelerate it, because the money is already outside the operator's system. The practical consequence for anyone planning around a specific date is simple: count banking days, not calendar days, on every rail that has a bank in the chain.
Verification happens once
The first payout triggers KYC — an identity document, a proof of address and evidence of the payment instrument — reviewed in 1–2 business days. It comes from licence conditions and anti-money-laundering law rather than from operator preference, and once cleared it is not repeated. A sharp photograph with all four corners visible and no glare usually avoids a second round. Documents are uploaded in the operator's own cashier; this site neither receives nor stores them.
When the request stalls past its window
If approval runs beyond a day, the reason is almost always a missing document or unfinished wagering. Check the verification status and the bonus balance before opening a ticket, then contact the chat, which runs around the clock in English; Finnish-language service is not guaranteed. Bring the transaction reference, the amount and the timestamp.
It is worth knowing who does not resolve such a case. Finland currently issues no licence to private online operators; the licensing system is due to start in 2027, with supervision moving from Poliisihallitus to a new licensing and supervision agency. Until then the escalation path is operator support, then the regulator of the licensing country, then the mediator named in the licence. The consumer disputes board and KKV do not handle gambling matters. The steps are set out on the complaints page.
The payout is also the tax moment
A win paid by an operator established inside the EEA is tax-free for a player resident in Finland; a win from outside the EEA is taxable income the player declares. The country of registration is printed in the footer of the operator's own site and should be verified against the issuer's public register. Current guidance and thresholds belong on the Verohallinto pages. If you play regularly, keeping bank statements makes that declaration a filing exercise rather than a reconstruction.

Checklist
- Read the duration as 0–24 hours of approval plus the rail's own time.
- €20 is the floor on every method; a smaller balance stays in the cashier.
- Clear KYC early — the 1–2 business days are spent either way.
- If you deposited by voucher or MobilePay, arrange the substitute rail in advance.
